Favorite Quote: “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”
If you could run anywhere in the world where would it be? Anywhere is fine, as long as Susan is by my side. The beach would be great J
Other Hobbies: Gardening/yard work, gaming, bicycling (need to do more), shooting, TV and relaxing
Advice for new runners: Patience and balance are important. Trying to do too much, too quickly can lead to fatigue, injury, frustration or even a lack of motivation. I always think as I start a long training run or marathon, ‘how do I eat an elephant, one bite at a time’. Balance hard training with easy training, but mostly find balance in your life between work, family and running. All three can be part of a long healthy happy life.
