Where were you born and raised? Edinburgh Scotland
When did you begin running? About 200 years ago.
How did you get started running? I had a little friend named Tiny Tim and he suffered from medical issues. He needed many surgeries, so I started a run to raise money for him and his family. I decided that I should run the race since it was my idea!
Favorite distance to run: I love a good 10K not too big and not too small.
Favorite meal before a race and after: Turkey, the first meal I ate with Tiny Tim.
Favorite race: The Christmas Carol Classic Race in Denver every December.

Advice for new runners: Don’t be afraid to run. Just put one foot in front of the other and repeat. And repeat. And repeat.
